Through these partnerships, we offer limited medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plans on an after-tax basis to our valued Talent and their dependents.  Qualified Talent may enroll in any of these plans immediately after their first paycheck and may terminate coverage at any time.

Through our partnership, you will receive assistance from a staff of licensed and trained personal benefit brokers who will help you enroll in the plan that best fits your family’s lifestyle and budget.

Major Medical Plans
Various deductible and co-insurance choices are available.  Policy terms can extend beyond the completion of the work assignment.  Traditional indemnity or PPO choices are offered.  Dependent and spousal coverage can be included.

Dental/Vision Plans
Dental and Vision discounts are offered through a national network of healthcare professionals.

Life Insurance Plans
A variety of life insurance plans are available, ranging from temporary short-term life insurance to long-term whole life policies.

Credit Union Membership
In certain states, credit union membership is available.  Please check with a Genesis Staffing representative for details.

Direct Deposit of Payroll
Why wait for a mailed check, or have to go pick up your check when you can have a direct deposit of payroll checks?  This is an optional service offered to the valued Talent of Genesis Staffing.  (Certain requirements apply.) 

Referral Bonus
We are always searching for the best Talent in the market place and realize that often times the best referrals come from our existing Talent base.  Genesis Staffing rewards its valued Talent for providing referrals to us.  Minimum requirements must be met to become eligible to receive a Referral Bonus.
